Hiring FAQ
What types of events do you play?
We regularly perform at weddings, formal ceremonies, memorials and funerals, community events, parades and private functions.
Can you perform as a mini band or solo pipers?
Yes — we can provide a mini band for fuller, ensemble sound or send one or more solo pipers for processions, intimate moments, or accompaniment.
How much does it cost?
Rates vary depending on the number of players, event length, distance and any special requests. Please contact us for a tailored quote — we’ll provide a clear fee estimate in writing.
Do you travel?
We travel across the Central Coast and surrounding areas; travel fees may apply for longer distances. Tell us your venue and we’ll include travel in your quote.
How long do you need to set up?
Typical setup is 30–45 minutes for a mini band and 15-30 minutes for solo pipers. If stage access or parking is restricted, please let us know in advance.
What about weather?
Indoor performances are preferred for full band setups. For outdoor bookings we’ll discuss contingency plans; extreme weather may require some creativity.
What do you wear?
We wear traditional Scottish attire, including kilts, jackets, and other regalia appropriate for the occasion.
